History of the 65 Years of CNSE in Spanish
In the year 2000, The National Confederation of the Deaf in Spain celebrated its 65th anniversary. To celebrate this landmark, historian Giullem Carles provided readers of Difusord, their newsletter, a short and informative history of the organization along with a list of conclusions or goals for deaf people in Spain, drafted in 1935, the first year that the organization was in existence. Autism
Centro Ann Sullivan del Peru (CASP) founded in 1979 is the first center for people with severe retardation and autism in Peru. This NGO is a research and model training center for people with retardation, behavioral problems, and autism and serves over 300 people in Lima, Peru. Its goal is to provide individualized vocational and educational programs for people with these disabilities so that they and their families may deal with their limitations and lead productive and happy lives.
