Luck has something to do with it, but so do courage and sheer determination. Blaine Williams, diagnosed with cerebral palsy at eight months, has plenty of both qualities.
Volunteering at Houston's public transportation system, Blaine utilizes his experience, his personality, ingenuity, and sheer tenacity as a representative for the MetroLift paratransit system while at the same time, he provides a demonstration of the impact employment can have on people with disabilities, their co-workers, and the people they serve.
