People with disabilities, all over the world often have to speak about themselves, their joys and sorrows, hopes and frustrations in silent voices. Having trouble communicating makes their challenge that much more difficult. They are often denied their basic human rights due to lack of awareness in their community. In India these problems are further compounded due to economic stress, lack of infrastructure and social stigma.

IICP is a member of ISAAC (International Society for Augmentative and Alternative Communication).
