Review of "Body Talk" Video

Disabled women sure are sexy. I just watched Cheryl Marie Wade's newest video, BODY TALK. I am completely overwhelmed by Cheryl's gorgeous use of language and her powerful sexy images ("marshmallow thighs" that a lover will lick until satisfied). She takes our experiences as disabled women - both the sexy stuff and the scars - and makes them beautiful. This video is a combination of song and poetry all delivered with Cheryl's sassy style.
In BODY TALK Cheryl takes you on an evocative journey from the first kiss to a lifetime of passion with a disabled partner. She honors the intimate power of women with disabilities as experienced through, in her words, "the body different."
Trust me - you want to OWN this video. It is short, beautifully filmed, with powerful messages that everyone will understand. You will show it to your friends and to every training that you ever do. And if you do a lot of body image or sex trainings - you need to buy many copies. This is a video that people will "borrow" and never return. This is a disabled women's project. The wonderful French filmmaker, Diane Maroger, co-produced this with Cheryl. It's brilliant in its simplicity - just Cheryl singing and speaking. It's nearly 15 minutes long and digitally mastered, BODY TALK has excellent visual and sound quality.
