A Disability Arts Festival in celebration of 2003 European Year of Disabled People

Above and Beyond is a unique celebration of the world-wide development
of disability arts and culture. It will combine performances,
presentations, exhibitions, workshops and discussions and will involve
professional disability arts performers and activists from around the
world. Above and Beyond is for anyone involved in the arts as artists
and practitioners, administrators or educationalists.
