New features of the Special Integration Network
The Special Integration Network (Red de Integración Especial) announces new features included in this virtual community.
There is an option to explore online free psychological consultations. There you will find Licda. Norma Toucedo, psychologist and president of Fundación Braille de Uruguay, who has now become part of the professional team together with Licda. Flora F. de Azar, to help us grow.
There were two workshops held on October:
- Literature Analysis of the short stories of Jorge L. Borges, conducted by Dr. Luis Alberto Melograno Lecuna
- A Virtual Visit to the Virtual Museum, coordinated by Lic. Carlos Neri.
Both workshops will be held again in March-April 2003 for those who were not able to participate in the first group.
Provisions have been made to conduct, during these months, the Workshops on Writing with Licda. Denise Nagy and the Reading Workshop on Hemingway with Lic. Ricardo Koon.
Additionally, the free courses on computer skills in Word, Excel, and Access will continue, coordinated by Manuel Pérez Herrera.
The Network will also continue providing its present supports to its growing membership: Cyber Amigos, digital books, presentations, "tailored training courses", the Annual Virtual Congress, and tele-work candidates program.
