New Mobility Seeks Active Pre-Teens or Young Teens with Disabilities to Profile in New Book Geared Towards Youth with Disabilities
New Mobility is beginning a new project: a book for youth with disabilities. The book will include sections for adults, but the group is striving to create a unique resource for children and teens filled with peer support and a vehicle for them to share their experiences. If you know any active pre-teens or young teens with disabilities that New Mobility might profile or any successful youth organizations that introduce disabled children or youth to adaptive sports, recreation, the arts, etc., please contact or have them contact Jean Dobbs, the Executive Director of New Mobility, at jean.dobbs@earthlink.net.
