International Disability Studies Conference Will be Webcast Live
The international conference on "Disability Studies: A Global Perspective," taking place October 16-18 in Washington, D.C., will be a live Webcast event. Planned as both accessible and interactive, the broadcast will also be archived for six months following the conference.
Dr. Katherine Seelman, Director of the conference organizing body÷the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research÷has announced that this will be NIDRR's first complete, live webcast and that she warmly welcomes participation by universities based abroad.
