Television and blind people in Spain

Since March, in Spain, according to an agreement signed between the National Organization for Blind People in Spain (ONCE) and Catalonian Television, this TV Station's programs for children includes a series of 12 segments which explains the Braille system, the use of the walking cane, and everything about blind persons in an upbeat, jovial manner. On the other hand, starting in April, the series "The Triplets" (Les tres bessones) will be aired, including comments so that the visually impaired can enjoy it through a dual system. This method has already been used in the showing of movies, and more recently, it was used for comments on the series "Dirty Dishes" (Plats bruts), and was deemed greatly successful by the audience.
