VSA arts has launched an interactive, online exhibit of fine art that pays tribute
to powerful, visual artists with disabilities. The exhibit features an extensive
bibliography of resources available on fine arts and disability research. VSA
arts is an international, non-profit organization providing educational opportunities
through the arts for people with disabilities. Founded in 1974 by Ambassador
Jean Kennedy Smith, VSA arts focus on creative writing, dance, drama, music
and the visual arts that develop learning skills, nurture independence, and
promote inclusion. Each year, VSA arts reaches over 5.5 million people through
a network of national affiliates in 83 countries worldwide. To visit the online
