Virtual Working Groups on Beijing+5:The United Nations
is organizing a major event to review progress since its 1995 World Conference
on Women, held in Beijing. A special session of the UN Assembly will take place
in June and planning meetings for that event will be organized by the UN Commission
on the Status of Women in March. For the last several months virtual working
groups on the main issues have been held online. Details on all these events:
